In order to ensure the safety of all clients and staff, here are our operating guidelines that we want to share with you;

Mask Policy/ Health Screening

At this time, we are operating as mask optional. However, if you would be more comfortable with your stylist wearing a mask, we are happy to honor that request. We ask for the same courtesy from you, if your stylist requests you to wear a mask as well. Please be respectful.

The safety of our staff and guests is of the utmost importance to us, so if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, we ask that you please postpone your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you once you are well/in the clear.  Thank you for your cooperation!


Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We have updated our policy to require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. We ask for your courtesy of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments must be confirmed in order to stay on the books. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee for 100% of the service booked.   We understand emergencies happen, so please call us to speak with a human.

If you’re not feeling well or have been exposed to illness, let us know ASAP by calling/texting at 773-939-1665. We will do our best to go above and beyond to accommodate you when you are well/ in the clear.


No call/no show

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. We understand that things can come up, but please be courteous and let us know if you can’t make it 24 hours in advance.


Bang trims/hairline clean ups will no longer be complimentary. Bang trims begin at $20+ depending on the stylist. This service is not available for online booking, please call/text 773-939-1665 to schedule a bang trim with one of our experts.

As much as we love company, we ask that you limit bringing guests with you to your appointment. Not sure if you can bring a guest? Call or text us to confirm we’re at a comfortable level of folks inside the salon. Families may book appointments back to back, but please be courteous that our waiting area is rather small. We are PET FRIENDLY if your pets are friendly.

Come solo


We are an intimate boutique salon with 5 chairs, each styling station is distanced with over 6 ft in between patrons, and we are currently operating at 100% client capacity as per the city of Chicago. We will wash our hands frequently, disinfect all surfaces, implements and areas used prior to and post your appointment. As always, we will provide a clean cape, clean towels and wear a clean apron for each guest. We have invested in an Aerovex Air Purifier which provides a flow of clean air into the space removing chemical pollutants, dust, and microbes from the air.

Sanitation


We will be offering contactless payment using Apple pay and Chip credit cards, with no signature required. We accept cash, however cannot give cash back on a card. We prefer cash or Venmo for gratuity at this time.

Products will be available for reservation using our online booking platform. We will assist you with retail products for the time being. Our return policy for retail products that have been gently used can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value with an option for store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time.
