Full or Part -time Hairdressers

(Color, cutting specialists or dualists, all are welcome!)

We’re seeking full or part time hairdressers who are passionate, personable, driven, confident and adaptable. A desire for continuing to grow your skillset within cutting and/or coloring and styling hair is a must! Excellent communication is key.

We offer competitive pay in a commission based salon setting with the flexibility and freedom of a rental. As a stylist owned business, we do not believe in non competes. We believe in taking care of the business side, so you can focus on your craft.

Hair Assistant

The most qualified person for our hair assistant position is personable, driven, confident and responsible. A desire for continuing to grow your skillset within cutting, coloring and styling hair is a must! Excellent communication is key.

*IL Cosmetology license required or must be currently enrolled.

No previous salon experience necessary, and prior beauty industry/customer service experience is a plus!

Daily responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Stylist Support : Assisting stylists by working hands on with them and their clients. Shampooing guests, preparing guests for color, mixing and applying color, taking down color, blow drying and finishing. Capturing imagery for social media, helping to transition stylist stations in between clients as needed.

Continuing Education : Once a week, PAID one on one education with our top stylists and educators. Our advanced training program lets you set the pace by amplifying your strengths, and empowering you to break down the barrier on skills you have yet to master. We set you up for success with the right tools, live models/mannequins, you come with a ready to learn mindset. We believe in positive encouragement and challenging yourself to grow. Reception and Guest Coordination: Being involved in client relationships at times which include scheduling, greeting clients, answering calls, confirmations, collecting payments.

General Salon Support: Assisting with daily salon cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, laundry, prepping color trays, foils, restocking retail, checking in inventory, opening and closing duties.

Part - time Salon Coordinators

(evening + Saturday hours needed!)

The most qualified person for our Salon Coordinator position is welcoming, warm, mature, motivated and confident. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key! Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reception and Guest Coordination: Fielding client inquiries and scheduling via phone calls, text messages and emails. Greeting and checking-in client, processing end of services transactions.

Stylist Support : Capturing imagery for social media, helping to transition stylist stations in between clients as needed.

General Salon Support: Assisting with daily salon cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, laundry, restocking retail and inventory, opening and closing duties.

This is a part time hourly position with flexibility for preferred hours of work. Currently seeking support with evening (4-8pm) + Saturday (9am-5pm) hours. No previous salon experience necessary, and prior beauty industry/customer service experience is a plus!
